Árvore de Natal

Eu sou uma Christmas-holic... Mal chega novembro e eu ja penso na árvore de natal!!

A minha é muito simples, nem enfeites tem, apenas luzinhas azuis e um chapeu de papai Noel com orelhas do mickey. Por vezes penduro diversos chaveiros da minha coleção de personagens da disney (como no ano passado).

Achei essas ideias de árvores legais/diferentes!

Essa eu faria com doces, pirulitos, balas de verdade ... NHAM!

Bem, eu sofro constantemente desse "mal" que, pra mim, é um desses que vem para bem...

Dependendo do meu estado de espírito a "trilha sonora" varia bastante. Fato consumado é que "dream a little dream" sempre é a mais persistente. E nas mais variadas versões. Ora altos de Ella Fitzgerald, ora grave como Louis Armstrong, ora meio tom como Zooey Deschanel... Todos, lógico, maravilhosamente arruinados nas minhas adaptações.

"But in your dreams whatever they be... dream a little dream of me". E assim a música me leva um, dois, cinco dias. "Stars fading and I linger on, dear..."

My Brother's Wedding

My brother got married on 10.10.10. Yes, it was a sunday afternoon wedding in one of the most tropical cities on the planet. But it was indoors, and quite intimate.

Me and my mom were in charge of the decor. I had the basic idea of a garden theam, which I posted here.

Well, since where I live there's a huge difficulty in finding flowers, we had to work our way through the ones we had.

Anne Hathaway's dress in "bride war" is absolutely breath taking... After watching the movie for the first time I ran to the internet to find out that this (and every other dress in the movie) is a Vera Wang, a vintage one from the 2005 collection.

It's like my brother say: "she looks like fun".

She opened up her place so we can see a little of what Zooey is about... Gotta say, it's just like how a imagined.
