I just got home from the movies and I couldn't wait another second to share my feelings towards this motion picture.

The experience is indescribable. All the idea of the moon/planet "pandora" is surreal and overwhelming leading us to continuos gasping and goosebumps. I'd get touched just looking at how everything glows and respond to the movements and emotions.

I'm still amazed!!

The film was shelved for 10 years because the budget increased enormously if it were to reach the effects the director, James Cameron, wanted.

He was convinced that the CGI effects had progressed enough to make this film when he saw Gollum in Lord of the rings.

To help the actors prepare for their roles, director took the cast and crew to Hawaii, where they spent their days trekking through the forests and jungles and living like tribes , in order to get a better sense of what it would be like to live and move around in the jungle on Pandora, since there would not be any actual jungle sets to aid and guide the actors and crew.
